Terms and Conditions

Place your custom orders 1-2 weeks in advance through my DM’s on instagram. Orders that are placed through my website (theesweetspot.cococart.co) can be placed 5 days in advance (EXCEPT FOR THE HEART CAKES!). A rush fee will be applied to custom orders that are placed less than a week & cakes on my website that are placed less than 5 days. I do have a part time job and so I don’t take orders months in advance. Always check the availability highlight on my instagram to see when i’ll be available and pickup times.

PLEASE be payment ready. Payment is required immediately after to confirm your order. Orders placed without payment will be rejected. FULL payment is required for orders $100 and under! A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for custom orders over $100! Remaining balances are due the day before your pickup date. 

I am a home based bakery in Brooklyn NY, 11207. Please be mindful of that when picking up your order. Never come to my door, I’ll always meet you at my gate. Always be on time! If you have ordered from me before and recommend me to a potential customer, please do not give out my address to them. Pickup address is always sent the day before, please do not spam messages to my phone. If you placed an order through my website (theesweetspot.cococart.co) a email will be sent the day before with a reminder & pickup address. Pickup times always depend on my work schedule. Pickup times are also always posted on my Instagram in the ‘Availability’ highlight.

I don’t do direct deliveries. You may send a Uber to pickup your treats if you’re not able to physically pickup. Note that once your order is in the Uber, I am no longer responsible for the damages caused.
